By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which comply with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), and Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
2. Definitions
Customer: The person purchasing books. Goods: Books and related products. Courier: Third-party delivery service.
3. Ordering and Contract Formation
Orders are confirmed once payment is received and you receive electronic confirmation.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices exclude VAT and are displayed in ZAR. Payment methods include EFT and credit card.
5. Delivery
Delivery is via reputable courier services within South Africa. Risk transfers upon delivery.
6. Returns and Refunds
You have a 7-day cooling-off period under ECTA.
7. Warranties
Goods will match description and be of reasonable quality.
8. Data Protection
Personal information is processed in compliance with POPIA.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by couriers beyond our control.
10. Dispute Resolution
Handled under South African law.
